Please read these Terms carefully before using Texra. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Texra (the “App”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.

3. The service

Texra provides on-device optical character recognition (OCR), text editing, local history, and translation features for images you capture or select. Features may change over time as we improve the App.

4. No account required

Basic use of the App does not require creating an account with us. Optional Premium purchases are handled through Google Play.

5. Your content

• You retain rights to photos and text you process with the App.
• You are responsible for having the rights to process any image you scan.
• Do not use the App to process unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• OCR and translation results may contain errors; always verify important text yourself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or related services beyond permitted law.
• Interfere with ads, billing, or security mechanisms except through supported Premium options.
• Misrepresent the App’s output as guaranteed-accurate legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Ads and Premium

• The free version may display advertisements via Google AdMob.
• Premium (when offered) is intended to provide an ad-free experience via a one-time Google Play purchase, subject to Play Store terms.
• Refunds, if any, are handled by Google Play according to Google’s refund policy.
• We may change pricing or Premium benefits with notice where required.

8. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party components and services, including Google Play services, Google AdMob, and Google ML Kit. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, branding, UI, and original software (excluding your content and third-party components), is owned by the Texra developers and licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OCR and translation accuracy are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TEXRA DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the App or certain features, or restrict access if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• 不得使用本应用处理违法内容或侵犯他人权利。
• OCR 与翻译结果可能存在错误；重要文本请自行核对。

6. 合理使用

您同意不从事以下行为：

• 将本应用用于任何非法目的。
• 在法律允许范围之外试图反向工程、干扰或滥用本应用或相关服务。
• 干扰广告、结算或安全机制（通过正式 Premium 选项除外）。
• 将本应用输出误称为有保证准确性的法律、医疗或财务建议。

7. 广告与 Premium

• 免费版可能通过 Google AdMob 展示广告。
• Premium（如提供）旨在通过 Google Play 一次性购买提供无广告体验，并受 Play 商店条款约束。
• 退款（如有）由 Google Play 按其退款政策处理。
• 我们可能在法律要求范围内变更价格或 Premium 权益并予以告知。

8. 第三方服务

本应用可能依赖第三方组件与服务，包括 Google Play 服务、Google AdMob 与 Google ML Kit。 您对该等服务的使用可能另受其条款与隐私政策约束。

9. 知识产权

本应用（包括名称、品牌、界面与原创软件，但不包括您的内容与第三方组件）归 Texra 开发者及其许可方所有。 本条款不向您转让本应用的所有权。

10. 免责声明

本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供，不作任何明示或暗示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性与非侵权。 OCR 与翻译准确性不作保证。

11. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，Texra 开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、 后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或业务损失承担责任。

12. 终止

您可随时通过卸载停止使用本应用。若您违反本条款，我们可能停止提供本应用或某些功能，或限制访问。

13. 变更

我们可能不时更新本条款，并更新文首「最近更新」日期。 变更后继续使用，即表示您接受修订后的条款。
