CleanSketch (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Data

If you sign in with Google, we collect the name, email address, and profile picture that Google provides.

B. User Content

Drawings you create are stored on your device. If you enable Google Drive backup, drawing packages are uploaded to your own Google Drive app-data folder. We do not use your drawings for AI generation, and we do not upload them to our servers for processing.

C. Usage Data

We may collect device model, OS version, app usage and crash data (Firebase Analytics), remote-configuration identifiers, and ad interaction data (Google AdMob), including app-open ads and rewarded ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account
  • To process one-time Pro purchases via Google Play Billing
  • To show ads via Google AdMob unless you have Pro
  • To grant a temporary Pro unlock when you complete a rewarded ad
  • To back up and restore drawings when you enable Google Drive backup
  • To operate remote configuration and App Check
  • To improve the App

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Local storage: Drawings are stored on your device.
  • Google Drive: Optional backup lives in your Google account’s app-data folder. We cannot browse your other Drive files.
  • Account profile: Google Auth profile data and related records (for example, terms acceptance) are kept while your account is active.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We share information with:

  • Google Firebase: authentication, analytics, remote config, App Check, and account metadata
  • Google Play Billing: one-time in-app purchases
  • Google AdMob: advertising, including app-open and rewarded ads
  • Google Drive API: only if you grant Drive backup permission (drive.appdata)

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures. No electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us.

7. Your Choices

You may sign out, disable Drive backup, or request account deletion.
