Sketch AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

A. Personal Data

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register with the App using Google Sign-In. This includes:

  • Google Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google authentication services.

B. User Content

  • Sketches and Drawings: We collect the sketches you create or upload to the App for the purpose of AI generation.
  • Generated Images: Images generated by our AI services based on your sketches.

C. Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as:

  • Device model and manufacturer
  • Operating system version
  • App usage data and crash logs (via Firebase Analytics)
  • Interaction with advertisements (via Google AdMob)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To Provide Services: To facilitate account creation and logon processes, and to generate images from your sketches using AI technology.
  • AI Processing: Your sketches are temporarily uploaded to our secure servers (Google Firebase) to be processed by our AI models (Google Gemini).
  • Improvement: To analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
  • Monetization: To manage subscriptions via RevenueCat and display advertisements via Google AdMob.

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Local Storage: Your sketches and AI-generated images are primarily stored locally on your device.
  • Cloud Processing: When you use the AI generation feature, your sketch is uploaded to our Firebase backend.
  • Temporary Retention: The AI-generated images stored on our Firebase servers are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not retain your generated content on our servers permanently.
  • User Profile: Your basic profile information (linked to Google Auth) is retained as long as your account is active.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

A. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

  • Google Firebase: For backend services, authentication, database, and cloud functions.
  • Google Gemini API: For AI image generation.
  • RevenueCat: For processing subscription payments.
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements.

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Sketches uploaded for AI processing are transmitted securely. However, please be aware that no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

6. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

8. Options Regarding Your Information

Account Information

You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by:

  • Logging out of the application.
  • Contacting us using the contact information provided below.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
